Yes the diseases where brought by the Europeans, but they had no idea what a germ or a virus was, it was an accident. Just like im not saying the moroccan thug that tried to rob a -elry store is an act of terrorism, its simply a crime.

Of course the mostly Muslim population would be pissed that a mostly white, Christian military force is in their country. The US invaded Iraq, under false pretenses, and occupied it for years. The US armed Al Qaeda and the Taliban to fight Russia in Afghanistan, and then of course their next target would be the biggest secular(ish) nation in the world. To focus on Islam is wrong, there are extremist Christians who blow up abortion clinics and who scream God Hates Fags out on street corners. There would still be war and death and terrorism without Muslims.
When a few white guys shoots up a school its a mass murder, but when a few Muslims shoot up a theater its Terrorism. However, when the United States carpet bombs a village its an act of war.
